Free Initial Quote: We offer a free initial quote for all new clients. This quote is provided at no charge and is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Subsequent Quotes: If you require subsequent quotes or revisions to the original quote, a fee of $50 may be applied. This fee will be waived if you proceed with the services.

Validity Period: Our quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. If you do not accept the quote within this timeframe, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw the quote.

Acceptance: To accept a quote, please sign and return a copy of the quote to us by email. We also require a deposit of 10% of the total cost to secure your booking.

Changes to Quote: If you require any changes to the scope of work or services, please notify us in writing. We will revise the quote accordingly and provide you with an updated version for approval.

Cancellation: If you cancel the services after accepting the quote, you will be liable for any costs incurred by us up to the point of cancellation, including labor, equipment, and materials.

Costs: A breakdown of the costs associated with the services, including labor, equipment, and materials.

Payment Terms: The payment terms and conditions, including the amount due, payment methods, and any applicable taxes or fees.

Assumptions and Exclusions: A list of assumptions and exclusions that may affect the scope of work or costs.

Dead or Hazardous Tree Removal: We remove dead, dying, or hazardous trees that pose a risk to people, property, or the environment.

Tree Removal for Construction: We clear trees for construction projects, such as building developments, road expansions, or utility line installations.
